Your In Practice Partner

Myka Piatt

I'm Myka Piatt, and I've spent 15 years developing and delivering strengths-based professional development for human service organizations. I led the development of Temple University's original Strengths-Based Family Worker and Strengths-Based Leadership programs and continue to serve as an instructor. With an M.Ed. in Adult and Organizational Development, I specialize in helping professionals pause, reflect, and identify the small shifts that make a big difference. In Practice grew from watching talented, committed professionals struggle not because they lack skills, but because they lack time and space to process, reflect, and recalibrate. This work matters—and so does supporting the people who do it.
